Electric pump will handle that rate just fine, cheap and simple, keep a spare on the shelf. The individual row restriction is where you will find varying opinions. Was never a fan of orifices with low rate products. Smaller the hole, easier it plugs. Metering tubes are another option and don’t plug. Talk with ag excel for another quote/ opinion. They know their stuff. Whatever you choose, simpler the better
