E.Central MN | In MN, if the ATV is just used on the farm and hasn't been registered with the DNR/DMV then it won't show up in the DMV system if you decide later to get a license for it. They will require a signed bill of sale from everyone that owned it from new. They consider it the same as if you're trying to register a vehicle and require the chain of proof that shows it wasn't stolen somewhere along the way. | |
