| Yes absolutely. Blast away with the impact and weld on the stuck ones once the manifold is out of the way.
If the nut always wants to break off, I've had better luck welding a 1/4 washer to them and turning with vicegrips.
If the stud is snapped off deep inside the head just keep pecking with the mig gun and pile it up until you have a blob of weld sticking out of the hole.
Keep the torch put away.
This works on cast iron heads too. | |
