| Hi guys I’m a small farmer, but as we’re picking up land further away from home, I’m needing a way to get fuel out to the machinery. I have this 98 gallon transfer tank that was given to me. It was used to fill the truck back up so they had less fuel stops. Do you have any ideas on how to make this work with a fuelrite 12 volt pump. It doesn’t have the 2 inch threads in it. Do you think it’s possible to weld a large pipe nut to a steel plate that would have a hole in it. Then thread the pump on to it and bolt it down? Obviously I would make a gasket. It would only be outside in the spring and fall. Are those pumps pipe threads or some special thread? Thanks for any ideas. Obviously I’m on a smaller budget so I thought I could try something. What do you think? I appreciate your input.
