Here in PA it's 6% sales tax at the time of purchase on the atv , if you opt for farm use sales tax is exempt but you don't get the Dep license to operate on public lands/ atv parks. Here near me it's easy to get around buying the registration needed to get in as they don't look at the machine when you when you pay for the pass to get in.
