| My Carbon Pile load battery tester failed on me this morning. When you search online for battery tester only about 1000 different results come up. I like the Carbon Pile as they are simple to operate and figure out, but even the carbon pile units vary from $75-$1500. Associated being one of the more expensive of course.
Are the electronic ones accurate and a good troubleshooting replacement for the Carbon? Does Solar make a good unit? As good as Associated?
What and how are you using to test batteries for goodness?
