Remove all structures above and below ground. Driveways and below ground cabling or conduit removed.

Drainage maintained during lifetime of project and working same as before project.

All fencing, debris, vegetation, noxious weeds and trees removed to same as before condition.

You have to remember the FSA will not consider property in a solar farm to be in agricultural production. So returning it to row crop production could be difficult. The Farm Service Agency defines converting farmland to cropland as when land that was not previously classified as cropland is now used for cropping. This is sometimes called "land broken out" or "new breaking”.

Also with the that being said getting crop insurance on the same.
