We had one like that.

It was used and came from a dealer in Indiana and when powered up for the first time it would do what you describe.

A quick trip to AgExpress and its been great since.

I am GUESSING the screen was bad, I did not get the bill.

Jon told me to charge it to his account there and all was good.

I could call and find out if you were thinking of doing it yourself vs sending it in.
