CENTRAL ILLINIOS | Set back from road easements seems important. A lot of our rural roads have gotten wider over the years but the easements are still the same. Doesn't leave enough room to do ditch maintenance or snow management if they put panels right next to the easement. Also, if someone runs off the road, hitting a fence or some crops is a lot different than those panels - safety and cost to repair. | |
