Not an answer but a question, what is the difference in cfm or rpm at 54 hz verses 60hz? We run VFD and are always changing the hz's in comparison to how full a bin is. The slowest we run a VFD is 15 hz so the difference between 60 and 54 is roughly 10%, would that be noticeable?
