I’ve been wanting to pour a threshold. Sone good info here. I’ve wondered about digging down deep with a post hole digger like you mention. I was thinking I wouldn’t want to dig down deep and loosen up the ground around the poles that are the door frame. There was a post a few years back that had good pictures of the forms. I’ll try to find it and link it here.
