We used to pull a 46.5’ tm200 with 3 bar tine and rolling basket. Used a 435 Steiger tuned to 515 hp and ran 7-7.5 mph to get the finish we liked. I wouldn’t have wanted much less hp here in our soils. To get the harrow and basket to work well they need a little speed imo.
