| Nebraska does not require a permit for ag stuff.
Hauling a skid loader or a disc can be construed as construction.
The last disc we hauled, we had paperwork showing farmer owned and a farmer address for delivery. I recall that as being approved.
It does seem if we had gone down the interstate in Nebraska we would have needed a permit.
I think we brought that disc out of Kansas, with no permit, but I am not positive.
