I always wonder what goes into no sale on a parcel like number one. They are looking at a two million dollar sale and then not sell the first parcell over 56k? parcel 2 had about 10% non tillable, so add that to the price. Again, thanks also for the results I asked for, as My mother in laws last remaining 229 acre farm is just about a mirror image to tract 1, was appraised at $11,500 late spring, $10,000 would buy it. Northern Floyd county.
