I say the same thing, it honestly probably the only Milwaukee tool I'm disappointed with, for some reason i keep grabbing it out of the drawer and after being disappointed again, I go grab the 15 dollar Bauer heat gun from Harbor Freight, drag a cord out and get the job done quickly.
