Judging by the evolution of your posts and links over the past several years John, you have narrowed your diet down to pretty much nothing other than almost raw red meat, fried pork fat, an occasional bite of bitter/dark chocolate, and water.
With that being typed, I have an honest question. Would your diet "work" if you were not consuming multiple vitamins and/or supplements everyday?
Not aimed at me, but my diet fits that description pretty well except that I don't eat any plants that aren't currently growing in my garden and only the fruit portion at that. So chocolate is a no go. Haven't had any form of plant outside of spices since mid October.
And I prefer my steak bleu or rare, not raw.
Haven't taken any form of supplement in years. I avoid any and all pills and concoctions.
Beef, pork, cheese, cream, eggs, water, and clean spices are all that I am currently partaking of with the occasional Miller Lite and a dab of raw honey here and there.
All aspects of my health are better than 5 years ago. |
