We replaced sidewalk at township hall with heated concrete, works great 80% of the time, this cold snap snow and ice builds up but scrapes off easily, I think piping should have been closer, as for cost not to sure is on NG I don’t think we say a huge increase. We are having below zero windchills and air temp in low single digits. Ther is a moisture and temp sensor, only runs when wet, covered and below a certain temp, now I’m curious as to how much it raised our gas bill, have a fire department substation, and 3 forced air furnaces for township hall and boiler for sidewalk on one meter
