| I wanted to pave my driveway and put tubes in it, so i wouldnt have to blade it in the winter....cost est was about 100 grand with the boiler, driveway isnt that long, but would have been A LOT of concrete due to heavy equipment.
I have seen a youtube channel for a guy in the northeast u.s. (i think mass, but cant remember right now) He has tubes in his driveway (in town) he shows it melting the snow, and then says how long it ran and est cost to run it. Actually kind of interesting.
ETA.....a local cattle man has infloor heat in his birthing shed for his cattle. His herd manager loves it. Bedding stays thawed so its easy to clean on cold days. And the fodder is warmer than frozen ground. It is basically a pole shed with mostly open walls with drop cloth to close it in. I would like to know what it costs him to run it when its really cold out.
