West-Central IL | I just cut the aluminum bracket off that holds the pillow block of the shaft. Raised it up and rebolted it.
Then used a piece of 1" pipe with the appropriately sized nut for the crank and welded that to the end of the factory nut so the crank would clear the trailer side.
Basically copied what my newer trailer looked like from factory.
Can get a pic later if I'm back at the farm.
