Latimer, Iowa (north central)
There are new facilities coming that will overcome some of those contamination issues at a scalable level. The food supply chain is broken when it comes to oats with too many steps in between the farmer and the end consumer introducing points of contamination and taking a piece of any profit.

I am not a tech guy so took a picture of test results from our own farm, and from oats we sell at our grocery store currently, with my phone and uploaded but the link should work too. The PDF link has more complete info but I know how guys hate clicking on links.
