Western Oregon
Even oats are being called out now. I went to oats many years ago to get away from gluten, but are now being contaminated by glyphosate sprayed right on the plant. Makes it harder because of GMO and roundup ready corn. Can't trust chemical free or cross contamination in our food supply. The comeback was, "when it touched the dirt it dissipated", now it is sprayed right on the food. Use to be we grew oats, cleaned and removed groats and rolled them, but we don't use enough to make it work anymore. Everything just goes in circles. Still think, everything in moderation and small doses, is best, until we know the real truth. The Bible says milk, honey and fish. Milk has been ruined. I use grass fed goats milk for dairy....James
