Subject: RE: Golf cart for farm?

West Union, Illinois

25 or so years ago Dad bought a used electric Club Car with a lift and ATV tires. (I'm a big fan of the ATV tires.  Rides a lot better and has traction golf cart tires do not)  It has a fold down back seat that makes a flat bed.  Downside is batteries. Will need charges, and distilled water added occasionally.  Upside is maintenance.  One less gas engine to take care of.  Far as I recall all we've ever done is replace the batteries.

Personally I prefer Club Car over EZ Go.  At the time the flat bed option was better for a Club Car.  I later bought an EZ Go and liked the Club Car better.  I can't give any factual reason, just personal preference

I remember planting a field about 3 miles from the house.  Looked up and Dad and Mom are driving across tilled dirt picking up rocks.   Get a lift kit and ATV tires and don't underestimate it.
