So where does this put the whole issue? The ruling in September 2009 required an impact study but did nothing to stop beets in the pipeline from being processed/harvested. Do you know for sure that you will be able to plant RR beets this year?
Was the ruling - or lack thereof - today - regarding this issue or the other lawsuit by the Organic groups?
