Tablerock Ranch eastern Wa | Actually, I was surprised with Bessent's take on our debt, essentially saying cut back spending growth, but by increasing growth we can reduce the overall effect. Example, you make 50k a year and owe 25k it is 50% of your income, make 100k and owe 25k and it has effectively gone down to 25%. Sounds good in theory but there is no substitution to slowing spending in my OP. |
