These 2 pieces are being auctioned here tomorrow. We've farmed the top piece for the past 7-8 years. It'll be interesting to see what it brings and whose all biding on it
Marbro, could you please post results in piece you been farming. My wife and siblings have one last tract remaining to sell from their mothers estate, 229 acres that sounds about exactly like that farm, cept maybe a little higher CSR2. Terraces have hampered interest. It apprised at $11,500 in her estate last spring. Email works good too.
