Every morning I eat a small bowl of plain, steel cut oatmeal in hot water, and nothing else unless it's an occasional poached egg or strip of bacon. Am I doing myself right or wrong? I believe low carb is the way to go. But I guess I still believe the heart health benefit of the oats outweighs the potential cons. Agree or disagree?
