Put the opens in a pen and evaluate them phenotype. Look for similarities tilted udders high tail head etc. Take a sample of the open cows and have their reproduction tract ultrasound and palpated. I would guess that you have a growing number of cows that have one ovarian that can conceive but not complete a pregnancy.
Preg check was ultrasound. All looked good inside. Proper maternally built cows that have had 4+ calves. |
