S Illinois | 2016 is the caution. Sub $4 futures practically the whole year and still 94 million got planted. Late fall 2015-Winter 2016 was extremely extremely wet across the Midwest. Cheaper soybean prices drove the high corn low soybean acreage.
Edit: Cheap wheat as was seen in 2015-2016 can push acres into C/B. Wheat is awfully cheap right now.
