You can thank your boards of directors for everything.
It all boils down to the boards unwillingness to buck the GM or "CEO", or the lack of education to know what was going on.
We were going through a lot of strife at one of the local co-ops, and the management member that was one of the main problems finally retired, after another merger happened last year.
