I didn’t read your whole post but when I got to you saying 10X cost I stopped. A 2X8 that cost $18 in 2022 cost 24 today, a yard of concrete that cost $105 in 2022 cost $160 today. No go to your calculator and use Real numbers and start building your “ Shouhos “ I own a shed/house works great... Dennis
