Nemaha NE. at auction last Tuesday. Appraised at 9k, sells for 6k. just a fact.
That piece had swampy bottom land all around it. I think $6590.00 was too high for it even though it had already had anhydrous applied to it. In my opinion it did not look like a desirable piece to own.
