| I am of the camp land prices will have to correct at some point.
Then I remember stories about $20 and $30,000 land back east being bought for farm ground. This was many years ago.
The buyers said if you are going to farm, you have to have the land and land in that area didn't come up for sale, unless it went to development.
I am not sure how that works but assume that one either finances very little, or the bank just keeps loaning more on an appreciating asset. | |
