I have a 2013 ford f150 with the 5.0…. 310k miles and I’d drive it to the ocean tomorrow if need be. However, my wife was upgraded to a 2018 ford expedition in ‘23 and it currently has 110k miles. I trust the 5.0 more than the 3.5, but good maintenance and a keen ear to what things are supposed to sound like helps
Probably run the expedition to 200k and start looking for something else
