| Farm is in SE Nebraska. May have to check with FSA office. I don't have issues with FSA treating it as irrigated. They look at satellite imagery and will know. I had a 1arge over 100' wide waterway that I shaved about 10' back from the edge over about 50" in length. Waterway was quarter mile long. I reshaped it slightly so the water would flow in it and not on the edge. They noticed it was changed 1-2 years later and notified me but didn't do anything.
