| I wouldn't want anything to do with any of that. There could be a scenario where the sublease tenant pays the rent and McBee's don't pay the landlord. Landlord could file a lien on the crop. Or, if McBee's file bankruptcy, the judge can do about anything. Could reduce the rent McBee's are paying the landowner while allowing them to collect the inflated rent from the sub lease tenant. | |
