coast of Maine | I just heard from a seed sales guy from upstate NY that land values have gone crazy high.This is within 75 miles of some new electronics plant coming near Syracuse.This plant he said was going to be the largest technology plant in the world or such.Developers are buying farmlands within an hours drive.Supposedly thousands of new jobs,,What do you know?Some where near Billions of federal development $$ he said.. | |
