| MY gripe here is that they want the ditch filled.\
My experience is if I leave them, not till, and put in a doodle dam or 2, they usually go away.
If you fill them they just come back and that much more dirt is gone.
Now some places, like where I have an 80 above me, with no structures, that ditch will never go away, unless I build a structure and put in pipe.
Oddly enough, the NRCS thought I needed to do something, but the water was coming off someone else.
