It probably makes a big difference where one is at an how much stuff one has
Mine used to be around .75 an acre.
I bet my farm policy alone is close to $18, then add the trucks, trailers, pickups and cars
Of course I have more stuff than when it was .75.
At that time $30,000 would have bought all my farm machinery.
