Northern Illinois | Was it taken from a larger piece of land? Do you have land that touches it you could add it to? I would attempt to get the HEL designation taken off if possible.
If you have a 40 that is HEL and you have a 40 that touches it maybe you could combine them and then enough acres would not be HEL so that the entire piece is not HEL. Just make sure doing so does not make the new 80 HEL. | |
