| I have a quarter that bought 10 years ago. Had a wide water way in the middle. Originally it was a pasture and previous owner left that strip when he started farming it 50 years ago. Tried to have it removed 5 years ago and was told can't.
Rented it out this year and new renter went to FSA. They said no problem to remove it. (it does not drain that many acres. ) Sometimes it just takes a different person. Gained me 7 acres. | |
