Agree but the person who pays cash has more of a cushion when times get rough, no payments. 

Nothing wrong with financing land, equipment, etxc.  Done it many times through the years.  All gets back to management decision of ROI and spending where it is most needed.  Making an objective decision instead of deciding what you want first and then pencil whipping it to make it work.  



I would say what happens the the working capital is more important than anything.

I’d rather have a machine payment than have to beg yearly for an operating note.
