Some areas are over 50k already. Guess you could compare it to buying bitcoin today or gold, what are either one of those going to do for you that overpriced land can't. I signed for 60 acres land joining today. Crazy fools
Sure but where would you find advice by anyone not selling it that gold or bitcoin are a good wealth store? You've lost your behind if you had all your money in gold the last 15 years. Bitcoin looks attractive when you see a chart but it'll lose half or more of it's value sometime in the next 5 years. |
