| It all seems logical, then you look at a plat book and look in your township. You can probably identify the pieces that will come up for sale in the next 5-10 years and think of a farmer buyer for every one of them. They will buy it even if it doesn't make the best present financial sense because they are buying for the long term and know it may be the only chance they get to buy it. There are a lot of farmers with a tremendous amount of wealth and good cash flow that will continue to buy. | |
