If I were to ever get on a coop board I would suggest this myself.
The way they churn through salespeople I don’t even put their name/number in my phone because they are gone in 6 months anyway. You have no time to build a relationship with them and just like a soldier in the battle of the bulge you don’t get to know the replacement because they will be gone soon too.
I realize it won’t work for everyone but I could easily see chem/fert sales going this way. Seed is a little trickier but could be done that way too probably. |
