I guess it depends on your tolerance when it comes to the prolapse issue. I have zero tolerance for it as I have sewed up enough cows for my lifetime. For those that need practice have at it.
You are probably much more of a cattleman than I am, just relaying the conversation. For what it’s worth, I don’t buy the argument that Herefords are any more docile or easier handling, or more hardy, it’s just they make superior quality beef is all. |
