I found this guy on you tube and it worked good for me. He uses oil of oregano. It has healing characteristics. I found some inhalers in the clearance isle of wal mart and put the oil of oregano on the vicks pad and sat in front of the inhaler for 20 minutes or so. Will link inhaler and dr. Don't get oregano oil. I did and it is too strong.
