I cant agree with you there
Wdnt be $100 diff between old and new lease.
You realize lease they have was negotiated prior. Current sublease dollars are up for bid on common ground.
Lease isn’t with landlord. McBee’s are paying land owner not sublessor
Thus they pay land owner whatever was agreed upon with original lease. Diff between auction sublease price and lease price don’t have to match. Thats why they wanna keep landowners in the dark. They are trying to act like a land management firm to hold onto ground.
I’m betting the starting bid was close to what they have in it and some of pieces ended over $100 higher than starting bid.
