NW Illinois | As a former coop guy I’m glad to see a well implemented strategy played out. Not the laying off of employees of course. The fact that they waited to announce till after year end prepays were in and we would also have a Jan 15th date for early prepay discounts for those waiting into the new crop year. Strategy doesn’t allow pause in the customer base on depositing monies there or allow competitive companies a chance to use it against them. Guessing those guys making that strategy likely still have their jobs.
All sarcasm, because it sucks for the employees and the customer.
