I clicked on the link and looked at the various designs. I guess some of them are kind of neat but I don't really see the need for the change. I did not see anything that screams "woke or more inclusive". There were a couple that made reference to Chicago but in a mostly generic way. Where are you seeing "woke and more inclusive" in the designs?
