Southern MD | We are having an abnormally cold winter for our region and have had some snow on the ground for over a week. I got thinking if this will help with slug problems this spring. Anymore our ground rarely freezes but it has been frozen for a couple weeks with more cold weather in the forecast. Thinking back on springs with bad slug pressure it was usually a mild winter. Google says the cold weather should help and usually don't hear of anyone who gets a winter complaining of slugs in spring. Just sitting at my day job thinking out loud here hoping I don't have to work all my ground this spring because of slugs! | |
